Who We Are

John Hall
Founder & President
John Hall began his lifelong commitment to service at a young age through his involvement with the Salvation Army, where he developed a deep passion for helping others and giving back to his community. His time at Florida A&M University further strengthened his dedication to service and unity, instilling in him the values of leadership, brotherhood, and collective progress. Today, John serves as a civil servant with the United States Government, continuing his mission to make a positive impact through public service. Driven by the need to foster connection, leadership, and empowerment among Black men, he founded The United Brotherhood of America, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to promoting unity, mentorship, and community upliftment.
